For Dr. Holmes Galiano, dentistry is about more than restoring teeth. It is about restoring confidence. Every patient deserves care that is as unique as they are, and a smile that allows them to walk into any room and simply be themselves.
Dr. Galiano knew early on that dentistry was his calling, after undergoing orthodontic treatment due to dental trauma and discovering firsthand the impact a smile can have on a person’s confidence. Born and raised in Santiago de Cuba, he came to the United States at the age of 18. Those early years taught me resilience and perseverance in the face of uncertainty,” he reflects.
Dr. Galiano earned his doctorate degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Dentistry, graduating with honors in restorative dentistry, removable prosthodontics, and orofacial pain. He also received the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry (AAED) Student Award for outstanding interest and abilities in cosmetic dentistry. He trained under Dr. David Hornbrook and Dr. Mark Montgomery in the art of porcelain veneers and smile makeovers and will continue his education through The Pankey Institute.
He approaches every appointment with enthusiasm, genuine attention, and a commitment to understanding the person behind the smile. He is proud to serve both English and Spanish speaking patients in the Palm Beach County communities.
Dr. Galiano is married to his high school sweetheart, Caroline, and they are joyfully expecting their first child, David. His faith, his family, and his deep sense of gratitude for the opportunities this country has given him guide everything he does, both inside and outside the operatory.
